The AuDHD Joy Coaching Model

The AuDHD Joy HR Model
AuDHD Joy recognises that your people challenges are layered. Together we explore how you can best support your neurodivergent talent, and guarantee sustainable success through empowering line managers and HR/People Partners, working with teams, and adjusting HR processes and structures.
AuDHD Joy uses coaching AND mentoring
I am a cross between a coach and a mentor, which I have found really works for neurodivergent clients. This is how I help:
Neurodivergent people’s experiences are often invalidated. Coaching supports them from the perspective of their experiences.
Sharing insights is a common neurodivergent way to build rapport and to learn. This is a key aspect of mentoring.
It can be hard for some neurodivergent people to envision the future, so using coaching and mentoring tools to shape the future are crucial.
AuDHD Joy Blog
I regularly post onto my Substack, Neuromusings, which explores the latest insights and research related to all things AuDHD.
